Flick’s Video Productions agrees to produce and deliver to client the production of video, subject to and in accordance with all terms, conditions, and specifications detailed here.
Flick’s Video Productions and client agree to the project summary, project contract price and detailed production outline.
Project does not include subcontracting a third party editor or post producer.
Deposit: 10 per cent due when project agreed.
Total Project Cost: From £798
Due upon final completion and delivery of all media.
Client shall have an opportunity to request edits or changes prior to final completion and delivery of all media after receiving a rough cut DVD
On completion of the rough cut, if the client no longer wishes to go forward with the video the client should not be expected to pay the full price but only for time already spent on the project by Flick’s Video Productions.
It is the essence of this agreement that all completed media and services supplied by Flick’s Video Productions shall be of applicable production standards. Flick’s VideoProductions agrees that the media shall be artistically produced with direction, videography, filming, editing, digitizing, sound equalisation, art, interviews, voice-overs, hosting, effects, graphics and other physical and aesthetic content as agreed upon in the bid estimate.
Except as otherwise provided herein, client and Flick’s Video Production share joint copyright to all rights, title and interest in and to the video, which are the subject of this agreement. Client grants Flick’s Video Productions an exclusive, worldwide, royalty free license and copyright to all media clips produced during the course of the contracted work.
Flick’s Video Productions understands that some information for said video may be of a confidential and/or sensitive nature. Flick’s Video Productions agrees, at client’s written request, to require, within reason, those engaged for the production to sign appropriate agreements not to discuss or disclose information about the product or the video except as such disclosure may be necessary to produce the video in the usual and customary manner under this agreement
WARRANTY AND PAYMENT Contracting client represents and warrants: client shall pay Flick’s Video Productions within 30 days of delivery. Client understands that the specified terms of payment under this agreement are based upon timely payments within 30 days.
CONTINGENCY AND WEATHER DAYS
A contingency day is any day where a scheduled media/film shooting has been prevented from occurring due to circumstances beyond the control of Flick’s Video Productions.
These circumstances may include but should not be limited to: (1) weather conditions (rain, fog, sleet, hail, or any adverse condition that is not consistent with the prescribed shooting conditions desired by the client).
Flick’s Video Productions recognizes its obligation to minimize contingency day liabilities and will apply accepted industry cancellation practices.
Flick’s Video Productions has a revocable license to use finished video for promotional purposes.

To provide you with your hosted video through url or to send hardcopy DVD once video is complete. To keep you informed as to progress of your video. To alert you to any news or offers.
Any personal data you provide will be only be used for the purpose of potentially verifying you really are a customer of that business and to ensure a record is kept of who left the feedback/reference. None of your personal data will be published publicly. When you leave feedback you may choose whether you wish your comments and ratings to be published on the website. Your personal data will be held securely within our systems, available only to the Flick’s Video Productions.
Complaints: Any personal data you provide in an initial complaint submitted through Flick’s Video Production or the Buy With Confidence website will only be used for the purpose of following up your complaint and potentially offering help or mediation. None of your personal data will be published publicly. Your personal details will be held securely within Flick’s Video Productions systems, and/or Buy With Confidence Operations Group. We are aware that complaints may contain sensitive personal information and so will handle the data accordingly.
Contact Form/Email/Telephone: Flick’s Video Productions will hold your data in order to fulfil whatever purpose we reasonably believe you would wish for us to use it to follow-up your request. Your details will not be shared with anyone else without your explicit consent.
